At the heart of any group endeavor is leadership, whether on a team or
in an organization or church. In this course we will take a close look at the
concept of leadership, examining historical and biblical models, studying
contemporary research on the topic, and assessing personal leadership
traits with the goal of developing each person’s leadership potential.
