More than anything else, RBC is a place devoted to nurturing faith and building passion for God. We believe that extending ourselves in acts of service and compassion is a natural outgrowth of education that increases understanding of God.

Organized ministry oppportunities are an important part of the RBC experience, and are led by the Dean of Students under the rubric of Ministry Formation.

Participating in outreach through a touring student team organized by the college also fits the goals for ministry formation.
